Mohammad Belal

  • December 2014

Mohammad Belal, started as a newbie to get trained in Adamya Foundation’s training center. Completed his educational career from Chittagong University in the Department of Law. Adamya Foundation Made the contact with several Private Law Firm to have practical know how of his working sector. Worked hard in the private firm and continued his journey towards the destination despite any and every barrier against his riding the ladder of success.

Current Status

Working in a Power Plant being a dedicated part of the Legal Section of that very organization by proving his promising and excellent skill in communication and corporate attitude.



Shopna Khatun

  • April 2015

Shopna Khatun, started as a newbie, agile trainee in Adamya Foundation. Was much interested to establish her career as a Vocal in the music industry.
She has participated in a renowned Music Competition (Channel I Shera Kontho) in a leading TV Channel. Our little Adamya girl Shopna selected in top 15 in "Channel I Shera Kontho" though she never got any training on music. According to famous Singer Khurshed Alam, ‘she has a god gifted voice’. Presently she is doing training in Adamya Foundation on Call Center.
We have decided to admit her in music school also to nourish her natural talent. Despite being physically disabled, she is staying in Dhaka without a family and surviving against the tide.

Current Status

Working in a Call Center as a call center agent by proving her excellent as well promising capability to manage Call Center/Telesales job on one hand and continuing her study on the other as well.



MARICO-ADAMYA PROGRAM

  • November 2018 to Present

An initiative by Adamya foundation and Marico Bangladesh to empower the especially able students it suitable job through specific trainings and development programs. Right now under the pilot project we have the students of Dhaka bodhir high school who are being trained up for 1 month with view to serving a specific job. Marico Bangladesh and Adamya Foundation will continue the project for 6 months for different student groups with special need. (One month for each group)

This program is designed to carry out our mission successfully for a large number of target group. Marico Bangladesh made it possible for us to bring the specially able student under such a wonderful project.




Md. Firoj Uddin

  • November 2018

Md. Firoj Uddin on joining to his new job in Brac Bank. A true fighter indeed. The physical challenge has never been an obstacle for him. was born in a wonderful family with three brothers and two sisters on 01st March 1990 in Sirajganj District, his father is a retired teacher and his mother is a housewife. He proudly completed L. L. B. (Hon's) in 2012 and L. L. M. (Masters) in 2013 degree from University of Rajshahi.

He won the so-called locomotors dysfunction and proved his eligibility. He did work as a research assistant at Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust (BLAST), was Lawyer Associate at Call for JUSTICE, Equality Justice Fellow Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust and Research Initiative of Bangladesh.

He was selected as the translator and writer of Brac Bank from the shortlisted applicant pool created by Adamya Foundation. We are wholeheartedly thanking Brac bank for taking such an initiative for the people who only needed an opportunity to prove themselves.

& Congratulations once again to our Adamya on his new job! He has all the qualities needed to succeed, we know he will do great things in this new chapter of his life. Keep it up! All the very best
